Cancellations
Please note that all orders are considered final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Refunds 
If you wish to return your order, please note the following conditions:
- 14-Day Limit: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
- We are not able to offer the option of returning your item/s to a Trichovedic stockist.
- Initiate Return: Email us at administration@trichovedic.com.au with your Order Number. We will then provide you with the specific return address.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our facility.
- Condition & Inspection: Items must be returned in original resale condition. Once received and inspected by our team, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Faulty Product:
If your item is damaged or faulty please take a photo of the item/s, note the batch number and send to administration@trichovedic.com.au along with your order number.

Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product/s. Once received and reviewed, we will send your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase will be issued. Please note that refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. An email confirmation will be sent once the exchange or refund has been processed. We are not able to offer the option of returning your item/s to a Trichovedic stockist.

Change of mind:
Contact our customer care team at administration@trichovedic.com.au and then return the item to the address we provide (we are not able to offer the option of returning your item/s to a Trichovedic stockist.) Items must be returned in sellable condition, ie packaging sealed and intact and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the product/s.

Purchases from Trichovedic stockists:
We are unable to accept returns on items that were purchased anywhere other than www.trichovedic.com.au. If you would like to return a Trichovedic product purchased elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase directly.
