Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00pm AEST (excluding public holidays) are typically shipped within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.

For domestic orders, there is a $9.00 flat rate shipping charge. Shipping is free for orders over $60.00 (domestic orders only).
Authority to Leave
Please select the Authority to Leave shipping option if you wish for the delivery driver to leave your order in a safe place outside your home. If you select Signature Required, a signature will be required upon delivery. Authority to Leave is not available for apartment buildings.
Please note: If you choose to have the package left unattended, all responsibilities to Trichovedic are waived.
New Zealand Customers
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Some New Zealand orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. If charges apply, these must be paid by you upon delivery — we are unable to pay these on your behalf. For more information, visit New Zealand Customs and Taxes.

All wholesale orders incur a flat $19.95 shipping charge. Free shipping is not available on wholesale orders.
Authority to Leave
The 'Residential Authority to Leave' option is strictly for residential addresses with a safe place to leave the order, orders cannot be left outside of business addresses or outside of apartment buildings.
