Shipping Estimates & Rates

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00pm AEST (excluding public holidays) are typically shipped within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.

Please note that delivery times are based on information from our shipping providers and are subject to delay.

For domestic orders, there is a $9.00 flat rate shipping charge. Shipping is free for orders over $60.00 (domestic orders only).

Authority to Leave

Please select the Authority to Leave shipping option if you wish for the delivery driver to leave your order in a safe place outside your home. If you select Signature Required, a signature will be required upon delivery. Authority to Leave is not available for apartment buildings.

Please note: If you choose to have the package left unattended, all responsibilities to Trichovedic are waived.

New Zealand Customers

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Some New Zealand orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. If charges apply, these must be paid by you upon delivery — we are unable to pay these on your behalf. For more information, visit New Zealand Customs and Taxes.
