ORDERING

Before you can place an order, you will have the option to create an account and log in to your account or check out as a guest user.

Very occasionally, if the technology fails us or we make a genuine mistake, your order attempt may be unsuccessful. While we can’t be held liable for this, we will do everything we can to resolve this for you.

Once your order has been accepted, you just pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery fee. We will only accept credit or debit cards in the name of the customer placing the order.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours, and then one within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Placing an order is legally binding but this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details you can also have a look at ‘Cancellations and Returns’ in these Terms and Conditions.

If, in our reasonable opinion, a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel or suspend their involvement in a sale. This includes non-payment of ordered products or fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer who we have cancelled or suspended.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We regret that we must limit orders to a maximum purchase of $500.00 per customer. If you have any questions please email us at administration@trichovedic.com.au.

AVAILABILITY

Very rarely, we may not be able to supply something to you that you have ordered right away. We will provide you with the option to wait until the product becomes available and leave your order open, offer you an alternative or a refund.

Please note that the prices as stated on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Please be aware that promotions, discounts and coupons are only valid for the period of time stated on the voucher or within the body of text where the voucher is obtained (Facebook, Instagram, Email).

2026 WINTER GIVEAWAY

These terms apply to our 2026 Winter Giveaway and should be read together with the rest of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you agree to these terms.

The promoter is Trichovedic Pty Limited, 182 Hudson Pde, Avalon NSW 2107, ABN 36 419 089 558. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms Inc.

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Our employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. The promotion opens on 5 July 2026 and closes on 31 July 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries received after this time are not valid.
3. To enter, you must: follow @trichovedic on Instagram, like the giveaway post, comment or direct message the keyword LUXURY, and reply to our direct message with your email address to complete your entry. All steps must be completed for a valid entry. One entry per person.
4. By providing your email address you join the Trichovedic mailing list and agree to receive recurring marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. There are two (2) prizes. Each winner will receive one (1) Trichovedic digital gift card to the value of AU$250. The total prize pool is AU$500. There is no cash alternative and prizes are not transferable.
6. Two winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 4 August 2026. Winners will be notified by direct message and email within 7 days of the draw.
7. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to draw a replacement winner.
8. We will only ever contact winners from our official @trichovedic account and by email. We will never ask a winner for payment, card details, or a fee to release a prize. Please disregard and report any message that does.
9. By entering, you agree that if you win we may publish your first name and last initial on our social channels to announce the result.
10. Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and are redeemable only at www.trichovedic.com.au. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost. Any unused balance is forfeited on expiry.
11. Gift cards cannot be applied to previous orders and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer, including Trio Packs and Duo Packs.
12. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not meet all of these conditions.
13. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion where necessary, for example due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final.
